Biography of Liyahchanel
Aaliyah Chanel, known professionally as Liyahchanel, is a young American rapper and song writer. Born on August 7,2000, in Odessa, Texas. Aaliyah developed the stage name “Liyahchanel” as a derivation of her first name and middle name which was also her nickname. She is the second oldest of 7 siblings. She attended Odessa Permian High School where she received a letterman in Animation and graphics. She graduated in May of 2018.She was accepted to Texas Tech University in August of 2018 and after talking with her family she decided to put college on hold and pursue music. She began showing an interest in music since she was 9 years old by posting occasional videos on Youtube of her covering songs by many different artist. It wasn’t until she turned 18 that she had decided that she wanted to further her music career and so she began the journey into the music industry. In 2019 Liyahchanel already opened up for some  of hip hops biggest artists some of the names included where ,slim jimmy from Rae Shremmurd ,Megan the Stallion, Money Bag Yo, Rod Wave ,Da baby in Hawaii and Lil Durk and Yella Beezy in Minneapolis .She also released the singles ,”Never Change” and “L.M.A” .In such a short time frame Liyahchanel has collaborated with some of the world’s top producers like Mally Mall and Clayton Williams from Empire Records. In 2020 Liyahchanel release the singles “Icy down” (produced by Mally Mall ) and ”No Strings Attached” (produced by Mally Mall ) and “Chasing Blues (prod by Clayton Williams and Gerard).
