这个家长会的建立是受心理学家温尼科特提出的“差不多妈妈”理论的启发。我们可以犯错，可以不完美。当我们让真实的自我参与到养育孩子中，我们会在育儿中感受到更多自由和快乐，也能传递给孩子爱和自信的能量。
养育路上多一些乐趣，少一些焦虑。

Welcome to Good Enough Parenting! We’re so glad you are here. This club is inspired by Winnicott’s Good Enough Mother theory. We believe by embracing our whole self in parenting and allowing ourselves to slip and fall, we can nurture and love our beloved little ones with more freedom and joy.
We host regular room meetings to connect with one another and grow together! Parenting can be more fun and less anxious.
