Ephesians 5:15 reads:

"See to it that you walk CIRCUMSPECTLY, not as a fool, but as one who is wise"

That's what this is all about and this applies to EVERYONE, at ALL times, in ALL places in the known Universe, especially those who are so-called "believers" in the Holy Scriptures.

The Circumspect person does not do things at the expense of others, particularly the brokenhearted, the infirmed, and the helpless. They pay attention to what ideologies they embrace, with whom they associate, where they lay their head, what they consume and where they consume it, demonstrate clarity of thought and purpose, are no respecter of persons, does not hesitate to do physical violence, or take any means necessary to uphold the righteousness of The Most High and His Law, Commandments, Statutes, and Charge.

The Circumspect man or woman hungers and thirsts for righteousness, justice, mercy, and faith without apology or fear of offending or being offended.
