Here's what we believe here:

👉 A restorative approach is always the best health care and hormonal contraceptives and assisted reproductive technologies should not be standards of health care.

👉 The menstrual cycle is a vital sign of health, is normal, and ought never be suppressed.

👉 Period-shaming culture must be transformed into a culture of body literacy, menstrual cycle-appreciation, and normalcy of these discussions in everyday conversation.
