Welcome to ぶるーすの部屋 (The Bruce Room)! This is a room dedicated to Japanese pop culture: Japanese music and Japanese anime/manga!

The slogan of the room is: “Feel the Culture, Love the Culture, Respect the Culture!”

The first early musical segments will be dedicated to the 1970s, 1980s, 1990s, and 2000s.

1970s is the Era of Enka, Folk Rock, Psych Rock, emergence of Japanese Rock, and electronic music. The end of every era will be anime songs dedicated to that era.

1980s will be Seiko Matsuda vs. Akina Nakamori: Battle of Hit Songs, the popular Citypop scene and artists who play a huge part in it and the start of Visual Kei. Anime songs from this era will be played.

1990s is the era of Japanese rock, Visual Kei, Rap, Boy Bands, and R&B. Then it is anime songs.

2000s is the era of Jpop, R&B, Japanese Rap, and other genres.

There will be a anime club in this club as well. There will be a lot of anime debates, comparability, and games as well! Be prepared and knowledgeable in anime!
