Basic necessities should be free. The stability of a people who bring quality to a community is a vital imperative.


The instabilities that people experience under a monetary driven system is due to a deliberate establishment of scarcity. So being forced to work merely because "purchasing power" is proof that you deserve certain things that you can pay for, is inhumane. 


People would have to work together to isolate economic methods involved with manipulating resource availability, if they want a dynamic solution for such an issue.

We will not be planted in power until we have at least eight million people interested in such an effort. The first step for anyone who is interested is to get on our email list. An eight million people email list is a manifestation we refer to as a COHESIVE FOUNDATION. 


The BlackTax Agency wants to do everything it can to remove the limitations caused by poverty, rainy days or unexpected expenses. 




Coming together 8 million people deep (referred to as a COHESIVE FOUNDATION) to manifest services and material assets among the black community that we can access even when we have no money.

The mentality behind the model proposed is no fan of commerce, capitalism or the monetary system and this includes the barter system.

The solution for our return to being an autonomous people has to do with our relationship with the resources of the planet earth. We talk about this and encourage those who are interested to get on our email list.
