We declare August 27th as take kindness to work day. We are urging all employers and employees to take Kindness to work to end inequalities , abuse , unequal pay , unfair labor practice and sexual harassment in the workplace. against Spreading kindness and compassion in the workplace in the fight against abuse of women in the workplace . Gender based violence in the workplace is an emergency that we all need to stand against .
