Aaron “Macho” Machado is an affable Marine who is the founder of Macho Mentoring. His charisma, passion, and professionalism are the bedrock foundation to this program. This mentorship opportunity is available because he believes that everyone has a natural desire to better themselves. Macho’s mentoring roots began with his time in the United States Marine Corps, a short minor league professional hockey career, a lucrative sales career with Toyota and Mercedes-Benz, as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in computer information systems from Quinnipiac University. Macho is also a husband to a beautiful wife and father to two amazing children, one of whom has been diagnosed with nonverbal autism. Macho has had a lifetime of wonderful experiences and is looking forward to help anyone of any background become the best possible version of themselves that they can.
