Trauma Talks 🍃 is a place to talk about trauma, living it, surviving it and all things healing. Traumatizing experiences cause long term effects and lower the quality of life, including relationships, self image, the ability to enjoy life and more. Trauma affects us in different ways, and this space is open to discuss these differences, share experiences and tips. Keep in mind that this is an open space, so be mindful of your well-being, and be kind to others. Lastly, whatever you’re going through, know that you are not alone ☘️ Be safe!
Take care of yourself: As much as I try to keep this a safe space, please be mindful of your well being. Don’t pressure yourself to say something you’re not ready to say.
Be respectful and kind: Especially during the pandemic we are all extra vulnerable. Be patient and kind to others as you don’t know what they are really going through
No personal sales pitches: Unless someone directly asks you about a program or a book you sell, all forms of commercial promotion is disallowed. Taking advantage of people opening up will result in you being banned.
