This is a community space for those of us who wish to create a new future of volunteerism and service that's based on community-centered practices, interdependence and partnership instead of pity, power and paternalism. All who are servant-centered are welcome to join. Let's interrogate the current systems and practices that hold back true transformative change by identifying harmful volunteer practices in the nonprofit space especially towards Black and brown communities!
