Kolkata is said to be a dying city. It lacks businesses. It lacks opportunities.
True. But at the same time, this makes the city less competitive, more open to experiments and more scope of development.
Lately lethargy, politics, bureaucracy and lack of determination has led to a downslope in terms of opportunities in this city
