Helsehuset ™️

Basically a clubhouse health center for Norwegians. In Norway we call these type of centers; Helsestasjon. This is a digital alternative. This House is moderated by a health professional, but also a mom. The purpose of this house is to come together as a support and share advices, help and inspire people mentally and physically. We invite you to open rooms and discuss matters regarding physical and mental health, family relations, pregnancy, birth, babies, toddlers, adolescents, children (0-18 yrs), relationship, wellness, exercise, nutrition and mindfulness.

We will on a regular basis invite professionals in health, wellness, exercise to speak. We will run regular Q&A. We will on a regularly basis invite people on stage to share their stories. We’ll also acationally invite celebrities to break down the stigma on human matters.

This is a room with love and understanding, if you feel aggravated please leave the room (or get kicked out) and come back when you are ready to discuss, respectfully, calm and collected. We all have our story and our reasons.
