🦋 If you want to talk about your experience with any loss or about loss, grief, death, and dying, you have come to the right place.
We will be hosting a room about matters related to grief, death, palliative care and end of life care once weekly on every Saturday at 0730PM IST.

Be kind to each other. We have one mantra and one mantra only: Open your HEART open your MIND ❤️
Be patient
We have to practice “holding” our thoughts…we have to be able to wait for the person speaking on the stage finish his/her thoughts.
Be yourself
And at the same time having empathy and sympathy. “I hear you and I value what you’re feeling”
