MarTech is an emerging marketing field blending marketing and technology to
understand better and serve the COMPLEXITY of the rising DIGITAL PERSONA. Today's marketing process is increasingly relying on technology, as technology-based tools are emerging every 20 seconds to meet an increasingly empowered customer base's needs. The term refers to marketers' software and
tech tools to understand the target audience, leverage the strategic marketing, execute and measure marketing campaigns and feedback to improve their Customers' Experience continually. MarTech AI-based and traditional tools are cornerstones for modern marketing practices. They add significant insights, automate and streamline the marketing processes, from
data collection to analysis, providing essential insights into understanding and engaging with the target audience. Although most of us would be surprised to realize that big market players are still using excel sheet in their day to the day decision-making process, agile and smart
organizations are using a suite of tools to leverage their marketing processes to better understand the behaviour of their customers and to capturing the hearts and minds and keeping them happy about their choices with the support of the MarTech Stack.
