"More Women in Leadership Roles" is the need of the hour. We all know that women are more skilled and Smart when it comes to managing there personal aswell as professional life. But still there are very few women that we find in Leadership Roles in our male dominated society. So to voice out this bitter truth I have created this group on Clubhouse to have an open discussion regarding this topic and women can help each other as a community to claim there fair share of Leadership.
