The topics we cover include haircare challenges, hair products, nutrition for the best hair health, haircare regimen & techniques, health issues affecting your hair and many more. Consider this a hair fitness club 😃😃

4. To provide science-based tips that would help overcome those hair challenges so you can reach your hair health potential.

Dina is more than 20 years on this natural hair journey. A medical doctor crazy about Afro-natural hair, natural haircare product formulation using natural ingredients and the science behind how to achieve that healthy head of hair.
