Description
In this club, the main goal is to celebrate modest fashion and uplift each other during our journey of modest self-discovery.
We also discuss the conventional fashion industry’s sexualization of modest fashion, specifically within the Muslim space.
This room is not an attack on anyone's personal interpretation of modesty, but rather a place where we discuss what our definitions are in the objectification of women through fashion, how it’s shaping the mind of women (whether through peer pressure or other reasons), why we think it’s happening, and why we’re allowing it to continue.
