The Liminal Place on Clubhouse

The Liminal Space is born out of the idea that it's only in the psychologically uncomfortable in-between spaces, that brain function is driven to a heightened state of awareness.

This group invites like-minded women to have open and often uncomfortable conversations about gender-based workplace issues that affect us all.

The intention is for us to speak free from judgment about difficult issues. No personal attacks will be tolerated but opinions will not be discouraged just because they might be unpopular.

After all it is only in the uncomfortable spaces that change can happen.
You are a woman : This Club exists to create a safe place for like minded women to have open conversation and curious conversations about issues that affect us all
You have an open mind : This group isn’t promoting any particular theories. Instead we encourage the sharing of experiences and opinions hoping to create curiosity and be thought provoking.
You will keep conversations private : In creating this space as somewhere to share experiences we ask that me never privacy is honoured by not sharing specifics around member experiences outside the Club.
