"You're Good Enough" is a mental health awareness movement created to empower members to share their personal stories of overcoming adversity as a way to help others who may feel disconnected and lost but don't know why.
Through the personal experiences of founders Omid Rejali & Houtan Yaghmai - attorneys & best friends - we have learned that commonality is a highly therapeutic tool.
We have learned that shame is one of the most powerful feelings that consumes our generation. It is embedded in us throughout our childhood and adolescence. It affects our daily life activities on numerous levels, whether consciously or subconsciously. Yet the dilemma is that shame itself inhibits us from sharing our wants and needs truthfully. It stops us from seeking a shoulder to cry on, an outlet to vent, or the proper help.
Through brutally honest conversations with family, friends, acquaintances and mental health professionals, we have learned that the intense feeling of shame starts to dissipate when you hear others have lived through the same challenges as you. You no longer feel alone. You feel heard. You feel understood. You feel reconnected. You feel like the real you.
"You're Good Enough" is a safe space to share and discuss a wide array of life experiences such as:

Our intention is to spread awareness of these common issues that affect us all so that we may break the toxic cycles we have endured to start a new journey of healing, health, happiness and hopefulness.
