With over 20 years of leadership experience, I had no choice but to start this room. People needed a safe space to discuss work and all the things that come with it! I don't want anyone else to remain stuck in their career and not see the light at the end of the tunnel. I've been through a lot!!!! Workplace bullies, black-on-black crimes in the workplace, working without a goal, and being underpaid and overworked!!! You may be ready for your own business how will you fund it?
