Welcome to Books With Sumaiyya, a club where we talk about all things literary with our host Sumaiyya 🧕🏼, who is known as @sumaiyya.books on Instagram and is a co-host on Reading Women podcast.

Events will be scheduled twice a week on a wide range of topics that will introduce you to new books, connect you to readers from around the world, and fuel your love for books. We will also have monthly book discussions, so watch this space to know about our reading selection for April!

Sumaiyya has been blogging about books since 2015 and has reviewed hundreds of books and worked with a diverse range of publishers and authors. This club will feature author interviews, chats with book bloggers and industry professionals—and everyone will be welcome to participate in discussions and ask questions. We aim to have friendly and intellectually stimulating discussions where you don’t have to know the answer to everything, we’re here to learn from each other!

We read across genres without bias but there will be a lot of books by Muslim, Middle Eastern and South Asian writers featured on this club.
