Description
This club aims at providing a safe space to everyone to talk about their experiences, recovery journey from mental health issues/illnesses. We aim to spead awareness, advocacy and create a safe space.
We do rooms for one hour in the following order:
Sunday- General Discussion/Open Forum
Room name: How has your week been?
Monday- Friday- Alternate Days. (M, W, F)
Room Topic: Support Rooms For Various Topics suggested by participants.
Trigger Warning.: Since, this club is about people sharing their experiences of all kinds, practice giving a trigger warning before you share something sensitive for others to adjust to.
Kindness: Practice kindness towardss all.

Listening is a skill that is an extremely important step for healing, it will help you learn through other people's journey, in self-exploration and become more self-aware step by step.
Empathy and No Judgements
No judgements/ Foul Language. Showing empathy to each person is extremely important as we will be aiming to make this a safe space for everyone to talk their heart out.
