🌏⚖️ 🏛Reimagining what the Global Development sector can evolve to be; a just and equitable space for all.

🎙💬We are creating various conversations focused on systemic racism practices in global development, and the power dynamics that show up in the workplace.

💡🗣🌏We aim to start a discussion and raise awareness in the Global Development community around the importance of equity in the sector by focusing on the experience of BIPOC, including those who live in the Global South—whether as employees or members of the communities where programs are being conducted. ✍🏽👩🏽‍💻👨🏽‍💻👩🏽‍🎓👨🏽‍🎓👩🏾‍⚖️👨🏿‍⚖️
