inculcating authentic Yoga & Ayurveda Philosophy & Practices from the Vedas.

This is a space to share conversations about Dharmic wisdom, Yoga shastras, Darshanas & Scriptures and the influence of these timeless texts and traditions with daily life as present day Grihasthas and Sadhakas through the lens of Indian teachers and from authentic sampradāya.

Discussion topics include but not confined to Yoga education, Ayurveda and Vedic & Vedantic Wisdom.

This is a place that encourages & promotes an improved relationship with our bodies through accessible wellness & yoga. This club platform will host inclusive conversations that center individual wellbeing of body and mind regardless of weight, body shape, size, height, ability, disability, gender, sexuality, orientation or any other markers and identities as they apply to Indian yoga teachers, practitioners & society. The space held is non judgmental and compassionate bringing in holistic and scientific temper as required and fostering a sense of belonging.
