Caring.conversations(maddibaidhaya) is my professional account. Maddi baidhaya, Parinati khanal, Karuna chhetri and bhesh raj thada magar are the founding members of Happy Mind Space (HMS) . HMS is psychosocial digital platform led by youth (studying & working in psychology fields) established with vision to help people promote mental health and psychological well-being from every perspective.
We strive to help people promote and stabilize healthy lifestyle through physical, mental, emotional, social and spiritual well-being.
