Let’s get between the covers, Sistahs; book covers, that is. We invite Sistahs - Lesbian or not - to join BLLC so long as you do so with intentions that align with our purpose. Our objective in BLLC is to provide an engaging cypher of intellectual stimulation, cultural exchange, and personal reflection. We will discuss written, spoken, and other creative works of women of the African diaspora and other other melanated Sistahs!
Monthly Selections: We will read at least one book a month. There will be a book selection discussion the last Monday or Tuesday each month.
Club Culture: Use the club for its intended purpose. We are here to discuss literature, art, and related topics only.
Diversity: We will read/listen to the art from around the world. Membership is open to Melanated Women regardless of sexuality.
