Life often is not EITHER/OR… life is layered, nuanced and at times complicated.

This space was created to cultivate BOTH/AND conversations, to appreciate the uniqueness of each experience and find a new way forward.

This will be a place for discussion, with a focus on finding fullness.

Founded by the GlassFullGal® whose personal mantra is:
You can view the glass as half-empty or half-full…or find a way to refill. 

Countless times you’ve likely heard some one speak to whether a glass was half-full OR half empty. Either side of these perspectives can be debated and discussed endlessly if given the opportunity.

The question becomes, can we decide to take these perspectives under consideration, create space for wonder and explore if there is another way to view things?

Kindness as a compass: We want conversations to feel safe, a place everyone can belong, contribute, learn and grow.
Share stories, not advice: We find our way, in our own time. Share without the goal of trying to change or help. When was the last time you changed or did something, just because someone told you to?
Everyone’s lived experience is valid: We all have our own unique set of circumstances and experiences. Be curious, open minded and actively listen.
