高興的力量CH🎙主持人Moderator健身俱乐部
適合的人群
1)专门为CH各大俱樂部創辦人和主持人创办的健身俱乐部。由欧洲美国专业认证的運動教練和運動營養師帶領,專門設計適合的訓練課程。
2)適合各位想養成系統運動習慣,但沒時間或者不願意去健身房,不知道怎樣安排運動設計的主持人。訓練包括HIIT有氧➕Mobility 拉伸➕Strength 力量
2)也适合自己有堅持運動但有更的要求的各位主持人。比如減脂增肌。希望有專業教練給出一定的training structure。固定訓練時間,有一個有趣的團隊彼此鼓勵堅持。
訓練課程和目標
本俱樂部的訓練課程是付費l教練擁有歐洲與美國多項認證。專業教練設計有針對性的計畫;每週2-3次雲端訓練課程,從提高肩頸背髖關節range of motion, 提高mobility, 提高肌肉量為主要訓練目標。教練會在力量訓練課程中給予每個人instant feedback 確保動作準確和訓練效果。帶大家一起動起來。
