The Midlife Momentum Club

The place to be for motivated women & men in their 40s, 50s & beyond who want to join in the conversation about all things midlife. Discussing life, business/work, relationships (with yourself, others, time,  money), health, fitness, wellness, nutrition, fashion, creativity &, of course, the 'M' word. Looking at the whole person.

Sharing experiences, knowledge & wisdom, supporting ourselves & each other, socialising to make long lasting connections as we together navigate our way with joy through these wonderful years.

The Midlife Momentum Club currently hosts a room every Monday, Wednesday &  Saturday: 9am PST 12 noon EST 5pm GMT

Instructions to Join:

1: Please follow the MM Club Founder, @louisegrafton (listed first on the member list) on CH, Twitter & IG.

2: Nominate at least two other midlife women or men who you believe would benefit from being a member of The MM Club.

3: Support the MM Club by joining in the conversation in the rooms hosted by the Club.

4: Only rooms approved by the Founder of the MM Club can be hosted under the name of the Club.

This is a safe, non-judgemental space for all midlife women and men and you are encouraged to get involved without selling or pitching products, or services or soliciting of any member. Any subject or topic area discussed will be with information or educational, not diagnostic intent. For further Clubhouse rules check the FAQ section in your settings.
