The Mission Statement
​We, the Jieng people in diaspora, and in motherland, South Sudan, grateful to God, the creator, cognizant of our rich heritage, dedicate ourselves to the survival of our inheritance, being sons and daughters of the Jieng Nation, do hereby establish these by-laws to regulate the usage of all the JNT Media, to inform our communities, to promote our culture, and uphold our history both ancient, and contemporary.
1.1 Name
The name shall be JIENG NHOM TOK, abbreviated as JNT or JN1, and its legal statuses are subjects to the terms and conditions thereat in any of the social media.

1.2 The Date of formation
The Jieng Nhom Tok was formed in October, 2021 in response to the disinformation campaigns launched against the Jieng Nation, necessitated establishment this media, as corrective means to counter-act the disingenuous media campaign by those who either intentionally or out of ignorance, chose to defame the Jieng people.
1.3 Objectives of the Jieng Nhom Tok (JNT)
The objectives of Jieng Nhom Tok are as follows:

(a) To revive and develop our rich cultural heritage
(b) To work in collaboration with individuals, communities, businesses, government,
Private institutions, and charitable organizations to assist in dissemination of news and information to the Jieng people, and South Sudanese public.
(c) To encourage all Jieng people to cooperate, understand, and to help each other
meet the challenges and resolve the problems facing the Jieng Nation.
(d) To develop social, intellectual, and economical capabilities of the Jieng People
in South Sudan and in Diaspora.
(e) To promote understanding and co-existence between the Jieng People and other the communities in South Sudan and around the world.
(f) To educate, and provide mentorship to the Jieng children. 1.4 The leadership
(a) Shall be composed of the executive committee, and Board of Directors, to conduct the business of the JNT and pursue the interest of the members, as it shall be in articulated in the permanent constitution of Jieng Nhom Tok.

In order to conduct peaceful, and professional shows, all members of JNT are advised to observe these rules and regulations, which chore values, peak on mutual respect amongst member
Loosing membership: Failure to abide by these rules and regulations, shall result into the following:-
1-Suspension of the membership for the time allowed by the constitution of the JNT.
