Description
We come together to launch a "Campaign for Mercy" to end the continued Mass Incarceration of Rehabilitated offenders: Men and women who have taken responsibility for their antisocial action, criminal behaviors, and have spent their time atoning for their actions by molding themselves into individuals worthy of redeeming.
