Open Forum: You bring the questions or concerns and we talk through the solutions! Consider this group a peer to peer nutrition counseling or a need to know- by someone who studied Nutrition and Dietetics for 4years and is working on completing their 1yr internship to become a Registered Dietetian.
Your fitness instructor or someone who took 2weeks to 6months course to be a nutritionist or a MD, although helpful for information cannot and should not substitute for a Dietitian! To be successful one needs to appreciate each other’s scope! Interdisciplinary healthcare-approaches lead to the full health and wellness of an individual!
