flow into meditation✨ ☝️Note: this club is on a break, watch this space!⏳At the top of the hour we open the room for the First 15 min: meet & greet time and to let ppl get situated. Hop in anytime! We ask you be patient until someone greets you and we reset the room 🙏 Second 15 min is dance flow movement (with music) or light yoga. Then 15-20 min for meditation/body scan relaxation. You are welcome to speak your experience to check-in during meet & greet and after meditation...share, connect and meet ☺️✨⭐️🌠🌌 *looking for DJ’s and music curators*
