Breaking the Cycle is a platform created to bring awareness to the importance of breaking toxic cycles in the African American community. Also, to encourage the support of one another in breaking these cycles. From parenting, to relationships, friendships and even family dynamics … we cover it all. The goal is to help build one another back up to a community in which we can take pride in healing and training up children who won’t have to recover from our generational trauma.
