A club where Ghanaians worldwide 🌐 can connect to offer and receive professional advice and support 😀 from others within similar fields of employment.

A place to share one's experience in storytelling format or interview style if preferred. A place to build network, learn, grow and mentor others where necessary. This club is basically for all of us - by way of giving and receiving.

The plan for this club is to organise a TED talk style of delivery by various members of the club and guests. Essentially, this is a club for everybody. Our objective is for each person invited as a guest to share their journey to becoming who they are in their profession. The discussion will range from sharing stories about their achievements in the journey, challenges encountered, how they overcame those challenges and general advice on how to enter the profession.
Some professions do not even have names, but those professions bring in lots of money. People sometimes need to know that there is more out there than the usual conventional professions. One would never know that there is a pot of treasure to tap into if they do not get the opportunity to hear from those in the field.

We will be inviting one guest per week. Every guest would have about 18-20 minutes to talk through what they do. We would then invite the audience to engage with the guest if they have any questions, and if not, we will ask our questions.

As we will be inviting different people to share their professional journeys, no two days will be the same as everybody’s experience will be unique.

Ideally, we should aim to finish the room within 45 minutes to an hour.
