About Me...

✔ I lead a team in corporate America (specifically for a Fortune 36 company) for over 20 years, and still do. My information is relevant and hands-on - not textbook.

✔ I collaborate with peer and senior leaders on a daily basis. I even developed my own business from the ground up while working full-time.

✔ I have 20+ years coaching professionals at all levels. I know what it takes to performance manage an employee. AND I know how to help you to rise above performance management if you find yourself in this situation.

✔ You name it as a leader/manager, I have done it. And, yes, I have even fired folks....or rather as one of my clients said, they fired themselves as they stopped doing the job. **sigh**
