Our mission, at first, started specifically with South Asian communities. Now, we want to expand to a global level! We realize our mental health experiences can be similar regardless of our own ethnicity, culture, race, etc. In our rooms, we embrace the concept of allowing speakers to share their experiences when it comes to stigmas & taboos revolving around mental health and how our stories have affected our personal journeys.


Audience members will have to opportunity to speak or simply can listen just like attending a seminar! You never know how your words can affect someone in a reassuring or supportive matter!
