🎯Mission - TCNfi is dedicated to improving teachers health, wellness, family relations, job satisfaction, student performance, and teacher retention to increase the overall well-being of the teaching profession.

🎯Purpose - To create a community for teachers where they feel supported and valued.

When you volunteer with TCNfi you will:
🍎Have a voice in Proving Teacher health and wellness practices
🍎Be supported and valued when you share your truth and concerns
🍎Have the opportunity to create resources for teachers that you wish were available to you.
🍎Have the opportunity to use your creative skills that you are not able to express in the classroom
🍎Learn new skills and have fun doing it!

You will respect and support each other.: We will be discussing some very personal concerns. We will respect and support each other in order for healing and positive change to take place.
