Description

When facilitated with intention, inquiry, intuition and integration, conversations have the power to challenge our thinking, awaken our hearts, stir our souls and evolve our way of being and doing together.

The purpose of this club is to host evolutionary conversations on topics that relate to our quality of life, love and leadership. We’ll cover broad topics from economics and inequality, to politics the future of work, technology, parenting, leadership and organizational life all through an evolutionary lens.

We'll also experiment with a variety of conversation formats including:

Be self aware: We aim to host conversations with circles rather than stages. If you’re on mic be looking to the left and right or you for others who may want a chance to speak.
Add value: Contribute from a place of adding value. Perhaps you have a perspective no one has shared, a burning question no one has asked or an alternative view that can help bring others into the conversation.
Listen generously : Listen with an open mind and heart. You don’t have to agree with everything that’s shared. But giving someone your attention can open up new spaces and possibilities for all.
