I believe self-love and worthiness are essential to lifelong health and happiness and they are our birthright. These are given to all from the Devine & Spirit. Tending that gift can be difficult in a physical world where we are often battling the constant words and opinions of others to perceive us as less~ than our perfectly Devine selves. Alignment, energy cleansing and a deeper understanding of self can help us to stay centered and strong in purpose. Join me for a book club where we keep feeding our soul self through reading to fill or knowledge, meditations and energy cleansing together .
