This club offers a meeting place where the most devoted fans of The Stalin, one of the most successful punk rock bands from Japan. The following guidelines apply to members of The Stalin Club, maintained by its admin team. If you do not agree with the guidelines, you cannot join the club. These guidelines are in place to make sure that everyone is able to enjoy the perks of the fan club in a safe and fun environment.
