The club was founded by @mstracykessler, who believes that kindness can be incorporated in all that you do and is here to prove that nice guys do NOT finish last. We invite you to join us in the discussion of how to be mindful and kind in all that you do.

Research has shown that all acts of kindness, no matter how big or small, have a positive influence on your self-esteem. 🙌🏻 Doing something nice for someone else makes you feel better about yourself! ... More kindness means less stress!

Each and every act of kindness is a seed of positivity not only in your life but in the life of those around you.
Kindness is contagious…in a good way!
