Members Agree:
I will not create a room without admin approval, in this space rooms are specifically curated.

No spaces will be created without admin approval. Violators will be removed.

I will speak respectfully to the women in this space. We don’t allow disrespect, condescension or rudeness here.

This house is for HABW™ who are leaders, entrepreneurs, bosses, mothers, wives, clergy, politicians and more. Those who are expected to have it all together, all of the time. The reality is sometimes you can’t and sometimes you don’t. And that is okay.

The HABW™ club, now a house, was started as a safe space for women to discuss challenges unique to them. A space that they can vent in without being told they already have everything. While we all know money and success are great, they are not everything. We are here to provide a place of support and understanding.

Dr. Megan Pickens is the pioneer of research on HABW™. The concept was birthed from her dissertation work. Her research showed that’s the needs of the women are both the same and different from other women.
