Hello everyone! ✨ Welcome To Mental Monday Clubhouse!

Tempat aman, nyaman, dan penuh cinta di mana kamu bebas mengekspresikan apapun yang tengah kamu rasakan. Setiap Senin malam pukul 21.00 WIB kita rutin adakan obrolan hati ke hati di Clubhouse dengan semangat berbagi, no judgement, only LOVE.

Mental Monday merupakan bentuk kepedulian kita terhadap kesehatan mental kita bersama.

Kita sama-sama tahu kalau dunia mungkin sedang tidak baik-baik saja, maka dari itu Mental Monday hadir dengan semangat “We are all in this together, so here we are, supporting and empowering each other through sharing. Because sharing is caring 💚”

We are a group of Lightworkers who love to share everything about Mental Wellness, Spiritual, Meditation, and Life. We are not experts nor specialists, however, we love to share our journey and experiences of what we have gone through with everyone. We hope by sharing we can heal the world and make it a better place 🌳
