Welcome to the first CH space specifically created to center Black women’s voices in discussing The Big “C” otherwise known as CONFIDENCE.

TBC is a brave space to discuss all things related to Black women and confidence, including:
• The unique obstacles tend to obstruct Black women from developing it
• How and where Black women can cultivate it
• Stories of Black women who have beaten great odds to find it

TBC is a space equally dedicated to elevating voices of Black women with bountiful confidence and wisdom to share, as well as to those who are on the journey towards finding more of it.
By centering PURPOSE, INTENTION, and VULNERABILITY, the vision is to create a space that increases Black women’s capacity to have, hold, and grow The Big “C” in our lives.

ANYONE is welcome to join these conversations but please make sure to read the room! This space is dedicated towards CENTERING and ELEVATING Black women’s voices and stories, so even if you don’t identify as a Black woman yourself, please make sure to stay on topic and be mindful of the space you’re taking up. ⠀

BE AUTHENTIC ✨: TBC is a brave space, and that only works when people show up as their authentic selves. Let’s leave our egos at the “door” and focus on having meaningful & transformative conversations in community.
BE KIND 💓: We’re never too old to practice the “golden rule”: treat others as you wish to be treated. Assume best intentions & be a good CH citizen: mute yourself when you come on stage & prepare to go in order.
BE MINDFUL 🧘🏾‍♀️: Be open, but also be real about your needs: if folks share things that are triggering for you, make sure to take care of yourself. If you find value in these convos, share the love & invite others.
