10 years ago I had no idea what a PM was. Now I'm pretty much obsessed with product. Lots is written and shared about product but so often it takes the form of generic listicles, people preaching about vague commandments with no actual tangible advice based in reality and learnings from companies that built great products 5+ years ago. But what about products today? What about people in the trenches NOW? What about no-bs examples and learnings that I can actually apply more than another talk about "Why you should be mobile first..."? 🙄

The New Product Manager will host regular talks from real PMs doing hands on work right now about tangible topics to improve your skill as a PM. Things like how to automate user research so you actually do it each week. Or what product metrics often are leading indicators of long-term retention and how to calculate them using Mixpanel. Or the three best virtual brainstorming activities to run with your stakeholders to increase their involvement in your roadmap.
