A space focused on type technology and engineering. The aim is to connect font developers, engineers, practitioners, users, as well as students and others interested in font technology.

Its purpose is to provide positive learning experience and a platform allowing exchange of best practices. Let's make the future digital communication flourish by advancing the cutting edge font technology, facilitating its adoption in the industry, and encouraging the integration of new type developments.

We will have solution rooms and fireside chats. Open discussions and lightning talks, campfire rooms, interviews, AMAs, and hopefully more.

We will discuss:
• font format developments • type challenges in the field of extended media (XR/VR/AR) • type and web design • font development software tips trick and hacks (Glyphs/RoboFont/FontLab etc.) • OpenType • Feature Development • AI in typography • scripting in context of typography and font development • propose your topic here!
