IIA YArC on Clubhouse

Description

The Young Architects Committee (YArC) is an initiative of the Indian Institute of Architects and is organized to address issues of particular importance to youth in architects (below 40 year old). YArCis an outgrowth of a 1917 IIA Grassroots program. The issues raised and potential benefits visualized at that meeting led to the formation of a national YArC advisory committee to encourage the development of national and regional programs of interest to young architects and the creation of YArC groups within local chapters and centres.
We have taken into consideration the small size of the populace of the country by including all emerging professionals, Associate IIA members. We focus on developing leadership, fellowship and mentorship. YArC got 5 verticals to focus and address as follows. 1.Professional Practice
2.Communication
3.Legal &Advocacy
4.Community Outreach
5.Academics & Knowledge

Our country is going through unprecedented challenges in the fields of health & economy. Young Architects find themselves in the midst of these challenges, not being able to identify with the right & critical skills needed to navigate them. We are here to engage and provide hope for these emerging professionals.
Moderation : •Moderator will be selecting maximum of 10 members to the speaker list and once their session is over, they will decided to retain or send back to listeners •Moderators decisions will be final.
Etiquette: •Please be patient enough to get your turn as the rooms rules set by the moderator •Please use allowed time effectively to get chances to all speakers•Please stick to the topic.
Creative: •Please make your conversations more creative and energetic since we all come from the creative field.
