HSBA Mentoring and Leadership program focuses on providing tools that assist the young Black male student on how to embrace their true identities, discover the future they desire, and how to build the proper network to continue leading a life of self-defined happiness and success.
Respect all Speakers: No talking over others, everyone has their right to their opinions, if you feel an opinion goes against a fact, site the source of your fact. Simply be respectful.
Hold Education in High Regard: From traditional to self-education, if you’re in our rooms, you should believe that education is of high importance, but also understand that all education isn’t good education.
Have an Optimistic View if the Future: You must not be caught up in the belief that there is no hope for a future of abundance for our young Black males in specific.
