Bridging the gap between the artist & their body of work. Yoga Artistry is a space for artists across all disciplines to come take care of themselves - mind, body, spirit. As an artist you have the important calling of being a reflection of humanity. Whether you are an actor, a dancer, a musician, or any other medium, you are a keeper of history. You are taking care of everyone else, but who takes care of you? This space does that! We will discuss a variety of topics that include nurturing yourself from the inside out through yoga, mindful practices & community building. When you are grounded, so is your art. Join us!
